• Less than 24 hours’ notice:

Lessons cancelled with less than 24h notice and on the day of the lesson are non-refundable and will count as a lesson.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice / 48 hours' notice:

Lessons are non-refundable - you will incurr a £18 cancellation fee and the remaining credit will be stored for the next lesson that will be rescheduled on a different day, according to availability. 

You won't be able to reschedule or cancel the lesson by yourself via Setmore, so please contact Chiara asap via email to reschedule a lesson. 

Rescheduled lessons must be booked and be attended within one month from the missed lesson, or credit will be lost.

• More than 48 hours’ notice:

Lessons are non-refundable - full credit will be stored for the next lesson that will be rescheduled on a different day, according to availability. 

You won't be able to reschedule or cancel the lesson by yourself via Setmore, so please contact Chiara asap via email to reschedule a lesson.

If for any reason the teacher cannot deliver a lesson: 

- a cover singing teacher might cover the lesson if available, and if the student prefers to keep the lesson scheduled on the same day; 

- full credit will be stored for another lesson.
