Terms and conditions - singing lessons

Singing lessons can be booked via Setmore.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

❌ Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or on the day of the lesson are non-refundable and will count as a lesson.

⚠️ Less than 48 hours’ notice / 48 hours’ notice:
Lessons are non-refundable – you will incur an £18 cancellation fee, and the remaining credit will be stored for the next lesson, which will be rescheduled on a different day, according to availability.

⚠️ Important

You won’t be able to reschedule or cancel the lesson by yourself via Setmore, so please contact Chiara ASAP via email to reschedule a lesson. Rescheduled lessons must be booked and attended within one month of the missed lesson, or the credit will be lost.

✅ More than 48 hours’ notice:
Lessons are non-refundable – full credit will be stored for the next lesson, which will be rescheduled on a different day, according to availability.

⚠️ Important

If, for any reason, the teacher cannot deliver a lesson:

a cover singing teacher might take the lesson, if available, and if the student prefers to keep the lesson scheduled on the same day;
full credit will be stored for another lesson.
